I accidentally ordered the wrong size or sent to an old address.
If your order has not been shipped out yet we can still accommodate!! Please send us an inquiry at the Contact – Chilled Merch! page. We can cancel the order so you can re-order with the correct information.
I received the wrong size/color or something is damaged.
Let us know ASAP at Contact – Chilled Merch! and Jess will make it right! I am only human after all :)
I do not live in the USA, Canada or the UK. Can I still order?
The store will not let you check out if you have an address outside any of those areas. Please send an inquiry at Contact – Chilled Merch! about shipping elsewhere and we can try to work something out!
